Great news! I can offer now a mobile phlebotomy services to our community in Central Oregon. My mobile phlebotomy services can perform blood draw procedure at the comfort of your own home My primary goal in all business decision is to provide the highest level of care with a great customer satisfaction in all services that I will provide. I have a business license and certify through the American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP). I have a 15 plus years of experienced working from inpatient and outpatient setting, and also doing home draws. I have some years of experienced working with all ages from newborn to adults, regardless of situation either for an easy draw or difficult draw. I can come out to you at your private homes, or and any kind of facilities such as retirement homes, assisted living and foster homes. I can guarantee the specimen to collect will have the correct specimen requirement and correct handling until it arrives to the laboratory for testing. With this personalized session, you will no longer have wait and fall in line for your next lab appointment.
As of now, all mobile phlebotomy services are not yet set up to bill the insurance for any services that we provide but your insurance will cover lab processing and testing. I charge $30 - $35 depending on your location. The amount you pay will cover draw fee, supply cost, travel time, and handling of your specimen. I can provide you a receipt if requested for insurance reimbursement purposes. Thank you.
HOW IT WORKS
Call us today at (541) 788-049Â Â and make appointment. Fax your labs order to us or have your doctor faxed the order directly to us and we will contact you for setting up the schedule.
We will schedule the date you want us to come and draw your labs whenever you like from the comfort of your home.
Note: all labs required fasting will draw earlier of the day.
After collecting all of your labs specimen, we take this straight to the laboratory. We will ensure you the proper handling until it reach  the laboratory for processing and testing.
Your doctor will see all your test result once it get finalized and released.
