Book an appointment to:

Quality Care Mobile Phlebotomy LLC

1. Call and make an appointment. Fax your labs order or have your ordering physician fax your lab orders to us directly and we will call you for scheduling.

2. Pick a time for us to come and draw your blood from your own convenient. ( all test required for fasting will need to be drawn earlier of the day if possible)

3. Your lab works will be taken directly at the laboratory for testing.
